Dentons US LLP is seeking a mid-level associate to join our sophisticated Litigation and Dispute Resolution practice. Based on years of experience, Dentons associates may have a title of Associate, Managing Associate, or Senior Managing Associate. Candidates should have at least 5 years of complex litigation experience, proven analytic ability, and excellent academic credentials. Our associates work collaboratively with our partners and clients and are key members of our team. Expected responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:Working on all aspects of commercial litigation from inception through trials and appealsDrafting complex case evaluations and preparing briefs, pleadings, motions and other documents for court cases and arbitrationsTaking and defending depositions and related work with fact witnesses and expertsWorking with clients, witnesses, experts and other counselConducting legal research and writing memorandaPursuant with California law, the salary range for this position will be $325,000 – $345,000 based on experience.This is an excellent opportunity to work with dedicated lawyers who are passionate about their work, all while enjoying the benefits of an international law firm.
