:

This position plans, manages, and controls the day-to-day operations and tasks associated with increasing Westlake’s market share and profitability in the online financing and customer retention space. The overarching goal will be achieved by successfully increasing conversions on leads and increasing market share. Other key responsibilities include development and implementation of new projects, policies, and procedures for the organization to achieve strategic goals and business objectives.The successful candidate is self-directed in work prioritization and will demonstrate good judgment-making ability within the scope of the position’s areas of responsibility.DUTIES, TASKS, RESPONSIBILITIES (include, but not limited to)Create and implement strategy to drive brand awareness, strong concentration on lead generation, and customer acquisition across channels and market segments.Direct team members in daily and long-term task completion.Manage and Lead follow-up on new leads and referrals resulting from field activity, digitally, or via phone.Prepare presentations and proposals for all potential customers.Develop, maintain, and understand sales materials including staying up to date with new market trends and communicating these to management.KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, LICENSESAbility to persuade and influence othersExceptional Presentation Skills (from initial creation to delivery)Knowledge of advertising and sales promotion techniquesDetail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.Ability to work under time constraints and daily deadlines.Versatility in job functionality and quick to assimilate procedural changes.Good interpersonal skills and teamwork.EXPERIENCEKnowledge of Microsoft Office (excel, word, outlook)
