As a Scrum Master, you will have the opportunity to lead our scrum team in utilizing Agile methodology and scrum practices to successfully implement projects. Your collaboration with the product owner and development team will be crucial in ensuring customer satisfaction and flawless execution. Key responsibilities:

Accountable for driving execution and delivery of a set of software development deliverables from start to finish

Execute test automation scriptingLeverage experience with Agile and Scrum to lead teams to successful deliveryLead the scrum team in using Agile methodology and scrum practices to ensure project successCollaborate with the product owner and development team to achieve exceptional customer satisfactionCoach and mentor the scrum team in self-organization and removing impedimentsIdentify and fill in gaps in the Agile frameworkResolve conflicts and issues that occur during project executionInteracts with internal and external peers, initiative stakeholders, and managers to exchange complex informationAble to quickly solve complex problems in a challenging, dynamic environment with minimal directionFacilitate the team through the resolution of complex issues

Required Skills:

5+ years as a Scrum Lead, with hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum developing software applications in a highly-technical domainExperience managing software development projectsStrong expertise in Agile and its frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) and Scaled-Agile management methods and processesExtensive knowledge and experience with the software development lifecycleExpertise with project management tools JIRA and JenkinExcellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skillsScrum Master certification is requiredLife Science domain expereince is a plus
