Job Description

The Store Planning Project Manager will manage Audemars Piguet’s Boutique project execution from HQ completed design through Boutique opening for North America & Latin America. Reporting to the VP of Operations, this role will support the construction and completion of each location to ensure standards of quality are met in a timely and cost-effective manner.

Responsibilities

Applies a broad understanding of the concept design development process and manages initial concepts through completion. Actively proposes new ideas, materials, details, and fixtures to support the growth of the brandObtain approvals from landlord for preliminary and working drawing reviewsApplies a broad understanding of millwork details, fixtures, hardware, and materials and their impact on merchandising and customer useManage contracts with vendors and suppliers by assigning tasks and communicating expected deliverablesDelivers work within schedule and budget; identifies and proposes solutions to resolve issues that can impact project schedule, cost, or design integrityPrepare monthly reports to keep track of the status of various projects and condition of boutiques in the local territoryEnsure the store execution aligns with the brand’s standards and requirements

Qualifications

B.A or Masters in Architecture highly preferred5-7 years of project management experience working in high luxury Fashion, Jewelry & Hospitality or equivalentIn-house experience in retail brands preferredProficient in architecture software (Autocad) and MS ProjectExperience working with international vendorsAbility to find technical solutions with respect of tight deadlinesDisplays strong written, verbal, negotiation and visual communication skills along with being detail orientedIndependent, strong planning and
