Project Manager

Ras-a studio is a multidisciplinary design & build studio. Our portfolio includes various scales of residential, commercial, interior and landscape design.We are a boutique sized operation and looking for someone that can jump in and be an integral member of our small team. The candidate should have a broad skill set spanning Architecture and construction management.Duties will include:Establishing & managing construction budgets — procuring bids from our subcontractors and vendors and managing the budget throughout the build.Establishing & managing construction schedules — coordinating schedules with our subcontractors and the project site supervisor to facilitate the sequencing of the trades and to enforce the schedule is being met.Coordination between the design and construction teams — making sure subcontractors have current drawings & they understand design intent; assist & facilitate RFIs between the design and construction side.Procuring project building materials for items that we purchase directly—e.g. tile, fixtures, etc.Candidates must meet ALL of these minimum requirements.

A college degree in Architecture or ConstructionMinimum 5 years postgraduate work experienceWe are looking to hire LOCALLY within the Los Angeles area onlyAnnual base salary based on experience plus a profit share bonus.Thank you for your interest!
