Mount Indie is seeking candidates for an Information Technology (IT) Systems Analyst to provide technical advisory and assistance to the Missile Defense Agency (MDA) for the National Capital Region (NCR). The position will be located at Fort Belvoir, VA. The job duties are listed below.

•Responsible for leading and assisting with customer outreach and resolution of IT service issues

•Engage in customer identified concerns and present recommendations to the Government Leads

•Assist and support MDA Office of the CIO government leads in support of meetings, conferences, presentations, and briefings as requested

•Engage in facility workspace management and planning, tracking all local and Enterprise-related proposed changes as well as verifying physical security plans; to include office consolidation and facility infrastructure planning, implementation, and/or migration

•Engage and support the acquisition process for unique regional requirements by proactively participating in the Project Steering Committee review and approval of the requirements and Engineering and Architecture Board reviews of designs and implementations

•Monitor, assess, and report monthly the trending metrics: inventory levels, regional project status, open and closed IT request status, and in/out processing moves

•Lead and oversee projects for status and situational awareness, utilizing data from various sources to track aspects of the project portfolio such as funding, status, and milestones

•Research and review team contributions for technical accuracy and relevance based on business, mission, and functional requirements and adherence or compliance with Federal, DoD, and Agency policies

•Orchestrate IT services for conferences and meetings pertaining to networks, architecture, engineering, and enterprise operations at department, Agency, DoD, Federal, and/or private sector meetings

•Make recommendations and engage in assigned forums, to include efforts reviewing documentations presented, proposing agenda, identifying location, identifying IT configurations and configuration facility and security requirements, assisting with presentations, and preparing for meetings

•Assist in identifying, evaluating, and validating customer requirements

•Assist the government in overseeing and managing IT service delivery and operations & maintenance activities

Required Experience

•Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience

•Minimum of 8 years related experience

•Demonstrated operational support experience and attention to detail

•Ability to quickly and accurately process multiple assignments with aggressive timelines in a fast paced environment

•Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office products

•Excellent written and verbal communications skills

•Ability to present to senior levels of management and to facilitate discussions at the senior stakeholder level

•Active DoD SECRET security clearancePreferred Qualifications

•Proficiency with Project Management tools and methodologies

•Familiar with Department of Defense Architecture Framework (DoDAF) and Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL)

•Familiarity with Federal and DoD Cybersecurity standards and policies (e.g., NIST, DOD 8500 series)
