We are in search of an Area Corporate Sales Manager for our Livermore Homewood Suites & Residence Inn and our Pleasanton TownePlace Suites and SpringHill Suites.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
Develops and maintains marketing plan and sales budget with the Area Director of Sales and General ManagersProvides sales training to staff of hotel as applicableAnalyzes Revenue Management strategy using such tools as Star Reports, demand analysis and applicable front office systemsSchedules sales appointmentsConducts a required amount of cold callsOrganizes, maintains, and tracks sales dataCompletes requests of Area Director of Sales and General Managers and other management personnel, as applicablePerforms functions of Director of Sales in their absenceAll other duties as assignedWhat We Are Looking For:
Preferably 1+ year of similar experience in Hotel SalesBrand Experience preferred not required.Knowledgeable in Brand Specific Sales Tools and SystemsValid Driver's License.Strong Prospecting and Networking SkillsOpen Availability.Education Preferred of Associates degree or equivalent from two-year college, or technical school; or six months to one-year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
