This Senior Litigation Attorney will have a lot of autonomy while working in this fast-paced and dynamic company. This firm offers flexibility with the ability to work from home, a business casual office environment, 10 vacation days, ample holidays, 401K, and EXCELLENT medical, dental, and vision benefits.This person will have the ability to work in a positive and team-oriented environment, while also working on very interesting and challenging cases.What You Need
Must have a minimum of 10 years' experience with California state litigation (federal experience a plus, but not required), preferably in the fields of real estate, construction, landlord/tenant, and business dispute matters.Must have prior management experience.Must be able to assist with discovery, motion practice, trial preparation, and court appearances.MUST BE WILLING TO COME INTO THE OFFICECompensation package: Base salary $170,000-$225,000 + discretionary bonus. Additional incentives on billing new business that range from 10%-15%!
