RealREPP, a full-service, nationally recognized recruiting firm, is currently teaming with a civil litigation and insurance coverage firm to hire for a Partner position!
This is a very team-oriented, tight-knit group that works together collaboratively. The Partner will oversee the core operations of the firm and also act as a mentor or advisor to senior and staff-level employees. This Partner will have an essential role in growing clientele and developing new business opportunities. This person will have the ability to work in a positive and team-oriented environment while also working on very interesting and challenging cases.
What You Need
Must have a minimum of 8 years' experience as a Partner or Senior Associate with California state litigation experience.Master's degree preferred.Extensive managerial experience.Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.Excellent leadership skills.Executive decision-making skills.Strong strategic and analytical mindset.Exceptional business acumen.Compensation package: Base salary $180,000 - $250,000 + discretionary bonus. In addition, they offer flexibility, excellent PTO, 401K, and a medical/dental/vision package!
