Our Consumer Strategy & Analytics team is focused on generating data-driven, customer-centric insights to help OpenTable drive diner growth and engagement. We are seeking a talented Web/Mobile Analytics Lead to own and oversee our portfolio of product analytics tools that are critical to our understanding of consumer behavior on our web and app products.Reporting into the Senior Director of Consumer Strategy & Analytics, you will be responsible for defining the vision for our web and mobile analytics ecosystem and executing from strategy to implementation. You have a passion and proven track record for building and maintaining analytic platforms and integrations that unlock insights about consumer behavior. You will partner proactively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders across Product, Marketing, Data Analytics, and Engineering to build best-in-class analytics platforms. With a keen eye for driving actionable insights, you will define and execute the tracking and measurement roadmap to answer key analytics questions like: What are user growth and engagement trends within our conversion funnel? What and how do we track key events and attributes that uncover optimization opportunities for the consumer experience? How do we ensure quality and consistency across various data and analytics platforms?RESPONSIBILITIES

Own and manage our product analytics / tag management ecosystem and vendor relationships, including but not limited to Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Mixpanel, and Firebase.Develop comprehensive strategy, roadmap and implementation plans around Tracking, Measurement, Governance, and Data integration.Partner with Data Analytics, Product, Marketing, and Engineering to identify measurement opportunities and implement proper and consistent tracking across platforms or products.Develop compelling analyses and reporting to execute data-informed initiatives that help improve our consumer experience.Advance our 360° understanding of consumers by managing analytics integrations with websites, apps, in-house data and A/B testing systems, and 3rd party applications such as Tableau or marketing automation platforms.Proactively monitor analytics platforms for tagging or tracking anomalies and support issues through troubleshooting, issue identification, resolution and reporting to relevant stakeholders.Develop and socialize workflow best practices including process architecture, standardization, and education/training for key stakeholders to ensure data quality and integrity.Educate business stakeholders via physical trainings and/or robust reference documentation.Provide strategic guidance on tool-specific as well as ecosystem roadmap, including evaluation, recommendation, and implementation of/migration to best in class products or vendors.Provide thought leadership on overarching company data culture, quality, and integrity such that stakeholders can better leverage data-driven insights.SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

7-10 years of experience in Business Intelligence, Information Technology, or related experience. 2+ years experience in Data or Analytics project management.BA/BS degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. MS preferred.Passion for technology and data architecture and analysis.Prior experience with product, marketing, and/or consumer analytics products (e.g. Adobe SiteCatalyst, Google Analytics, Mixpanel).Previous experience with building product roadmaps and tying together solutions across products.Demonstrated ability to collaborate and communicate effectively across technical and nontechnical stakeholders.Business savvy to work fluidly between business requirements and technical implementation.Creative and critical thinker that thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic, and often ambiguous work environment.Front end pixel tracking experience a plus.Experience with data warehouse and analytics applications such as Netezza and BigQuery and enterprise BI tools such as MicroStrategy and Tableau a plus.ABOUT US: OpenTable, part of Booking Holdings (NASDAQ: BKNG), is the world's leading provider of online restaurant reservations, seating more than 21 million diners per month via online bookings across more than 40,000 restaurants.
