Position SummaryAutajon USA West Coast | Thoro is a local manufacturer of folding cartons in California. You will be responsible for growing our current accounts, prospecting for new accounts and closing opportunities by identifying needs and proposing tailored solutions. Your key focus will be the medical device and pharma market.
Pay Range: $90K-$180K + Bonus Plan
Principal Job Responsibilities:
Perform to annual sales plan and goals as agreed with management.
Continuous development of existing accounts, new business and customer relationships.
Strategic account planning by identifying opportunities, evaluating the competitive landscape and potential business risks.
Active listening to fully understand customer needs and providing support by utilizing our portfolio offering.
Follow trends in the packaging industry and key markets to become a trusted advisor for your customers.
Entertain clients during and outside of regular business hours to create meaningful relationships with key stakeholders.
Coordinate and follow up on opportunities, quotes, projects with relevant stakeholders (e.g., customer service, estimating, design, prepress).
Participate in RFQs/bids, negotiate pricing frameworks and lead cost discussions.
Challenge status quo externally and internally with creative ideas and solutions.
Genuine passion for providing a 'customer first' experience.
Travel to customer offices and production facilities.
