A law firm is seeking a Mid-Level Tax Associate Attorney for their Chicago, IL office.Job Overview:
Position: Mid-Level Tax Associate AttorneyLocation: Chicago, ILExperience Level: 3-6 yearsDuties:
Work on the taxation of corporate and partnership business transactions.Primarily involved in transactional practice focusing on mergers and acquisitions, private equity investments, joint ventures, fund formation, and financing transactions.Provide legal counsel and support to clients on tax-related matters.Conduct legal research and analysis on tax laws and regulations.Draft and review legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and tax filings.Collaborate with other attorneys and professionals within the firm to provide comprehensive client service.Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Law or related field.3-6 years of experience working on corporate and partnership business transaction taxation.Stellar academic credentials.Excellent written and oral communication skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Admission to the Illinois Bar.Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working in a major law firm.Education:
Bachelor's degree in Law or related field.Certifications:
Admission to the Illinois Bar.Skills:
