Senior Subcontracts AdministratorAbout our ClientA leader in the defense contracting spaceState of the art and mission-driven companyComprehensive compensation and benefitsAbout the Role:Soliciting and managing orders, subcontracts, and modifications to contracts.Assisting with the design of price strategy in combination with prime contract and project leads.Conducting price analysis evaluation of subcontractor proposals and writing subcontract price analysis narratives for contract proposals.Navigating subcontract agreements and non-disclosure agreements.Maintaining subcontract files and ensuring compliance with the Contractor Purchasing System ReviewRequirements:Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of experience with subcontracts or contracts administration, or 7+ years of experience with subcontracts or contracts administration instead of a degreeCompetencies:Experience in subcontract administration, proposals, and procurement.Experience in supporting proposals in a fast-paced environmentKnowledge of negotiating different contract types, including: Firm Fixed-Price (FFP), Level-of-Effort (FFPLOE), Cost-plus-fixed-fee (CPFF), Term and Level of Effort (LOE), Time and Materials (T&M), or Indefinite-delivery, Indefinite Quantity Contracts (IDIQ) typesKnowledge of federal acquisition regulations (FARs), General Services Administration (GSA) schedules, Government-wide Acquisition Contracts (GWACs), and IDIQ vehiclesKnowlege of CPSR requirementsLocation:Honolulu, Hawaii - relocation available
