Job Summary This position isresponsible for leading finance transformation strategy for theorganization. Primary duties include strategic planning and operationaleffectiveness, as well as development and oversight of resources,relationships, and successful teams. Work involves strong relationshipbuilding, governance, conflict resolution and communication throughoutthe enterprise. This position actively and regularly participates instrategic planning and collaboration. Essential ResponsibilitiesTechnical/Strategic Leadership Leads transformation planning, roadmapdevelopment and goal prioritization. Directs and oversees execution ofmodernization and transformation projects and initiatives; managesproject escalation. Ensures the transformation plan supports the CFOfinance strategy and organization\'s priorities. Assesses currentfinance capabilities and needs. Collaborates with finance leadershipthroughout all stages of transformation. Addresses internal and externalchange resistance, obstacles and delays. Drives effective governancestructure of projects and initiatives to ensure timely progress.Develops and executes on communication plans that persuade, influenceand keep the organization informed. Ensures commitment and buy in byline of business, benefit and functional leaders. Oversees Finance datapersonnel, transformation team and consultants.
