A law firm seeks a highly skilled Complex Construction Litigation Special Counsel specializing in Complex Construction Cases. The ideal candidate will oversee multi-party litigation involving construction defect matters and demonstrate a solid ability to work independently and confidently.Job Duties:Manage multi-party litigation cases involving construction defect matters.Conduct research, draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents related to litigation.Conducted and defended depositions and participated in trials or evidentiary hearings as required.Handle discovery processes efficiently and effectively.Provide strategic advice and counsel to clients throughout the litigation process.Analyze insurance risk transfer issues related to property damage claims.Requirements:Minimum 6 years of litigation experience, focusing on construction law.Demonstrated proficiency in oratory, legal research, and persuasive writing skills.Significant courtroom or arbitration experience.JD degree from an ABA-approved law school.Active member in good standing of the Florida Bar.Board Certification in Construction Law by the Florida Bar (preferred).Strong organizational and time management skills.Skills:Excellent oral and written communication skills.Ability to work effectively both independently and in a team.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Proficiency in legal research tools and software.Commitment to delivering high-quality legal services.Job Location: Tampa, FLCompany infoBCG Attorney Search801 Brickell Avenue, Suite 900MiamiFloridaUnited States 33131Phone :
