Job Summary:

The Digital Learning Analyst will be a key player in gathering, interpreting, and use of complex data to develop actionable steps that will improve the Digital Learning Academy’s Programs and optimize results. The Digital Learning Analyst’s Day to day job is to assess company and stakeholder needs, review robust information, and analyze it, looking for trends or areas for improvement. They must then deliver that information to key stakeholders and use it to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of Digital Learning Programs. The Digital Learning Analyst will report to the Sr. Manager of Learning Programs and will work closely with all Digital Learning Teams and Stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

Synthesizing large data sets to provide insights to key stakeholders.Deploy and evaluate learning material established and distributed by the Digital Learning Academy.Gather, analyze, refine, validate, document, and maintain complex L&D data for various reporting needs.Act as point of contact for questions surrounding report metrics and complete research analysis as needed to resolve.Oversee the import and export of data from all L&D data sources used for departmental reporting to ensure data integrity is maintained.Create dynamic reporting templates based on project needs.Make recommendations based on data for L&D process improvement and strategic business decision-making.Must document, prepare, and present data-driven presentations and manage multiple projects at one time.Upkeep and maintain knowledge base articles and video assets.Prioritize and organize effectively and show judgment and initiative to accomplish job duties.Assist in facilitation of compliance trainings.Be available to assist with Program Management projects as needed.

Qualifications:

1-3 years of experience as a Learning/Training Data AnalystExpertise in data visualization tools (Looker, Excel, & Power BI)Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Proficient with or the ability to quickly learn the organization’s LMS system (Totara) for the primary purpose of compiling data and running reports.Strong expertise with basic office software applications required, especially Excel skills (e.g., Pivot Tables, macros, and vlookups) and PowerPoint expertise (develop clean, aesthetic presentations with the right information and graphics).Experience interacting with senior leaders and facilitating meetings.Must have a ‘Can Do - Professional Attitude’ and be a team player.Self-driven, with demonstrated interpersonal, communication, and cross-functional leadership skills.Passion for learning, training, and teaching.Knowledge of Retail Technologies a plus.Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business, Analytics, or related field.
