Director, Financial Planning and AnalysisJob Summary:The Director of Financial Planning and Analysis will own executive and board level reporting of our consolidated financials and performance to plan. Additionally this role will drive the overall financial planning systems and process integration across our global sites with a focus on automation and analytics.A successful candidate will bring the ability to work across global teams to align key planning inputs, financial metrics and KPIs to streamline budget and actual reporting. This position is responsible for driving weekly, monthly and quarterly real time financial analysis to executive team in order to drive actionable insights to optimize business performance and reach overall financial and non-financial goals.Key Job Responsibilities:Deliver robust analytics to executive and board level audience on financial forecasts and performance to planManage weekly, monthly and quarterly budget and performance to plan processesDevelop financial models and analytics to support annual strategic planning processesAbility to drive ad-hoc strategic analysis to analyze various organic and in-organic business strategiesDevelop consolidated three-statement financial models with ability to connect KPIs to actionable drivers to optimize business performanceDevelop and implement global planning processes to streamline planning and budgeting processesPartner with department leaders to develop detailed and robust budgetsLeverage planning tools and reporting systems to streamline budget vs actual reporting to drive disciplined performance to planWork closely with accounting in providing support of close analytics and variance analysisDrive robust SOX controlsDrive enhancements to planning system with demonstrated ability to connect ERP, with planning and BI tools with data warehouseDevelop team members to increase organizational capabilities and business continuityQualifications:Bachelor of Finance, accounting or equivalent10+ years of experience or relevant work experienceAdvanced three statement financial modelingBudgeting and forecasting experienceFamiliarity with US GAAP accounting principalsAdvanced Excel, PowerPoint, and BI proficiencyStrong critical thinking and interpersonal skillsPreferred qualifications:MBA, CFA, CPA or other relevant post graduate experienceExperience with SAP, Adaptive Insights, PowerBI and Sales ForceExperience in Finance related to manufacturing, logistics, or production environmentsInternational and public company experienceAt Array Tech, Inc., we strive to lead with our culture, and believe that our people are a key enabler of our future state.
