Are you excited by the challenge to define, design, and launch systems and platforms for millions of users? We are Workday Talent Acquisition. Our team is growing, and we’re looking for a Product Manager to join us and grow with us.

Our team is crafting the next generation of Talent Acquisition tools for global Talent Acquisition teams, enabling them to source, assess, select, and hire candidates at scale. About The Role

Workday is looking for an experienced product manager who will discover and define customer problems and encourage solutions that generate measurable value and meet the needs of our holistic business. Our Product Managers drive product design in close collaboration with our customers. You will work alongside a stellar team of product managers, product designers, developers, and quality assurance engineers to deliver transformative, intuitive products.

About You

Basic Qualifications

3+ years of SaaS product management experience3+ years experience working with Agile or SCRUM teams2+ years experience in working with Talent Acquisition systems, In the capacity of a product manager, solutions vendor, or practitioner2+ years experience working with remote teams and / or manager

Other Qualifications

We’ll be evaluating candidates across these various qualifications:

Experience with designing or building software compliant to the requirements of the US Government, and Federal agencies.Track record in managing product lifecycle: defining business problems, researching customer needs, prototyping and testing new solutions, working with design and engineering teams, and prioritizing an Agile development backlog.High ownership, curiosity, and drive to meet customers’ needsExcellent analytical abilities, including exploration, measurement, and monitoringTrack record of working independently, and resolving ambiguityStrong Active Listening SkillsA collaborative approach, seeking common ground to meet organizational goals

Workday Pay Transparency Statement

The annualized base salary ranges for the primary location and any additional locations are listed below. Workday pay ranges vary based on work location. As a part of the total compensation package, this role may be eligible for the Workday Bonus Plan or a role-specific commission/bonus, as well as annual refresh stock grants. Recruiters can share more detail during the hiring process. Each candidate’s compensation offer will be based on multiple factors including, but not limited to, geography, experience, skills, job duties, and business need, among other things. Primary Location: USA.GA.Atlanta

Primary Location Base Pay Range: $118,000 USD - $177,000 USD

Additional US Location(s) Base Pay Range: $112,100 USD - $204,000 USD
