SWBC is seeking a talented individual to facilitate and support integration projects for SWBC and our clients. Through collaboration with internal parties, clients, and third parties, the integration strategy is defined and implemented to support general availability. Subject Matter Expert in defining use cases for client and partner needs, product requirements, and support documentation. Excellent communication skills are a necessity to manage the fast-paced environment of integrations.

Essential duties include the following:

Collaborates with Project Management, Product Owner, Third-Parties, and technical teams when launching new integrations or products with pilot clients to ensure success.Facilitates internal efforts to obtain resolution for escalated issues that affect client productivity or have a significant impact on the business relationship with clients, possibly across multiple lines of business.Evaluates client-specific functionality requests that involve integration or product development by acting as a liaison between Product team, Third-Parties, and other internal departments.Documents department procedures and process flows as they relate to integration functionality and automation in order to transition as a standard implementation.Provides support and training to internal teams when clients utilize integration offerings; to include meeting with clients for troubleshooting and guidance.Attends internal meetings for new and current initiatives to gauge health of integration functionality and mitigate risk.Provides weekly updates on active initiatives to inform leadership of emerging challenges and recommend solutions.Performs all other duties as assigned.Serious candidates will possess the minimum qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree from a four-year college or university required.Minimum of five (5) years in financial services, banking, and software development experience required.Proficiency Microsoft Office skills, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.Proficiency in SharePoint.Proficiency in MS Visio and/or LucidChart.Proficiency in MS Project and OneNote.Strong project management skills.Strong data validation and detail oriented.Strong analytical and problem resolution skills.Strong leadership skills.Strong interpersonal and client engagement skills.Strong multi-tasking skills.Excellent organizational skills.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Able to use basic office equipment, including copy machine, personal computer, and fax.Able to type 35 WPM.Able to travel locally or nationally by car or plane.Able to sit for long periods of time performing sedentary activities.Able to stand, stoop, and kneel to file for long periods of time.Able to push, pull, and lift up to 20 lbs. of files, supplies, documents, or other related items.SWBC offers*:
