Job Description

As a Technical Support Analyst - Tier - 2 you will leverage your expertise in database design, field service, and desktop support to drive impactful geospatial projects. With 5-10 years of experience, you will play a crucial role in analyzing spatial data, providing remote desktop support, and designing robust databases to support our geospatial initiatives.

Required Skills/Experience:

- Experienced IT (5-10 years)

- L2/L3

- Hands-on Hardware Desktop Support

- Call Center/Phone Support

- Customer Support Experience

- ITSM

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Analyze spatial data to identify patterns and trends that can inform business decisions and strategies.

- Provide remote desktop support to ensure seamless operation of geospatial software and tools for team members.

- Design and maintain databases that store geospatial data, ensuring data integrity and accessibility.

- Collaborate with field service teams to gather accurate geospatial data and ensure its proper integration into existing systems.

- Develop and implement geospatial models and algorithms to solve complex spatial problems.

- Create detailed maps and visualizations to represent spatial data in an easily understandable format.

- Conduct quality assurance checks on geospatial data to ensure accuracy and reliability.

- Provide training and support to team members on the use of geospatial tools and software.

- Develop documentation and guidelines for best practices in geospatial data management and analysis.

- Work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate geospatial data into broader business processes and systems.

- Monitor and evaluate the performance of geospatial systems and make recommendations for improvements.

- Stay updated with the latest advancements in geospatial technology and incorporate them into the company's operations.

- Ensure compliance with data privacy and security regulations when handling geospatial data.

Qualifications:

- Possess strong analytical skills with a focus on spatial data analysis.

- Have extensive experience in database design and management.

- Demonstrate proficiency in providing remote desktop support for geospatial software.

- Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

- Show ability to collaborate effectively with field service teams.

- Have strong communication skills to convey complex geospatial information clearly.

- Be adept at using geospatial software and tools for data analysis and visualization.
