OVERVIEW

We are partnering with a client in the Greater Seattle Area (full-service solution for commercial space) seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Account Executive / Business Development Representative to play a role in expanding the customer base and to achieve sales targets. If you have a proven track record in consultative B2B selling and strategic relationship building we want to hear from you.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth.Cold outreach & warm lead nurturing (50/50)Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospective clients and partners.Manage the entire sales process, from opportunity identification to successful client onboarding.Exceed monthly and annual sales targets through focused lead generation and effective closing strategies.Lead negotiations and secure profitable business deals.Build and nurture strong relationships with key customers (architecture, design firms, etc.) to ensure long-term success.Analyze sales data to optimize strategies and continuously improve performance.QUALIFICATIONS

3+ years of experience in business development and/or account management within B2B commercial space salesProven success in generating new business leads and closing deals.Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.Strong understanding of sales principles and customer relationship management.COMPANY BENEFITS
