The ideal candidate will have the following:Three years high-volume multi-unit full-service restaurant leadership experienceAbility to cover PTO and be the chef in multi-unitsConducts store audits and monitors COGS and labor at three unitsTrains systems and tools to chefs and teamsRolls out new menusOversees all chef and sous chef trainingTrained in menu planning and volume production systemsTrack record of achieving financial resultsSkilled communicator that leads by examplePassion for developing and mentoring your teamsStrong honesty, integrity and guest advocate philosophyPersonal and professional maturity is a key attributeSalary Range & Benefits
Salary package – $105k Base ($150k w/bonus)Generous achievable bonus program (up to 30%)Generous benefits packageAnnual performance and salary reviewJob Category
