The ideal candidate will have the following:Minimum 4 years’ experience in upscale and casual dining as executive chef or director roleAbility to organize the BOH leadership teamsHigh visibility and presence in each concept and kitchenExpertise With COGS and cost-controlling systems & trainingEnsure quality and consistency of all production & during serviceLead by example – be positive – create solutionsCollaborate with ownership on menu development & recipesSupport hiring and training in all conceptsEnhance kitchen morale – training – food qualitySystemize best practices – receiving/ordering/inventoryCollaborate with the owner to create new revenue streamsCapitalize on bulk buyingSalary Range & Benefits
