Job Description

This PM/Senior Project Manager will oversee all aspects for new, urban Hospitality/Multifamily projects and be an expert communicator, proficient with contracts and subcontractor management, high-rise projects and CIP Concrete multi-story construction.

Overseeing and directing projects from start to finishDirects and supervises work of project administration staff and construction engineers, as well as works in partnership with project superintendents to establish operational prioritiesResponsible for forecasting, tracking/reporting project costs/revenue and adherence to project estimatesResponsible for problem resolution involving labor disputes, staffing, construction materials, construction equipment and contracts/subcontracts administrationDevelop strong relationships with Superintendents, Subcontractors, and Assistant Project ManagersMaintain appropriate documentation through project such as RFI logs and change orders

To Increase Interview Success- The Candidate Will Have

Current or previous experience working with a General ContractorExperience with New Construction Hospitality/Hotel & High-Rise CondoExperience with Urban In-Fill / DowntownBachelor's Degree (Const.Management / Civil Engineering or similar degree)Must have experience running projects from start to finish (Ground-Up)Strong software and technology skills (Procore or other similar program)Time Management & Proven Experience with Scheduling ProjectsExperience managing teams is a plus

Responsibilities
