Handling the company's daily accounting requirements and ongoing development projectsOffering comprehensive support in creating financial models, forecasts for development projects, annual company budgets, and quarterly project budget adjustmentsPossessing a thorough understanding of all construction contracts, operating agreements, joint venture agreements, loan documents, and essential legal paperworkAssisting the Financial Controller with additional accounting responsibilities
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in accounting or financeStrong knowledge and understanding of GAAP3-5 Years of Development Accounting experienceCPA or public accounting experience preferredWorking knowledge of Yardi Voyager and Sage 300
