Responsibilities
All day-to-day accounting needs and active development projects of the companyProvide detail and assist in the preparation of Development Project Financial Modeling/Forecasting, Annual Development company budgeting, and Quarterly Project Budget ReforecastingThorough understanding of all construction contracts, operating agreements, joint venture agreements, loan documents, and other relevant legal documentsAssist the Financial Controller with other accounting duties
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in accounting or financeStrong knowledge and understanding of GAAP3-5 Years of Development Accounting experienceCPA or public accounting experience preferred
