Real Estate Revenue Accountant - $95k + bonus
About The Opening

Support the Fund Controller and Assistant Controller as needed.Maintain accurate general ledgers and reconcile work papers.Record journal entries and conduct routine audits.Assist in preparing financial statements for investment funds.Analyze budget to actual variances and reconcile CAMs and bill backs.Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and prepare special reports.Uphold professionalism in all business interactions as a representative of the company.Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance.Strong proficiency in Excel.Minimum of three years of experience in real estate accounting.Experience with Yardi software is advantageous.
