Our behavioral health platform (http://RethinkBH.com) provides clinical tools, staff training and practice management for private ABA service providers. Due to autism insurance mandates sweeping the nation, our behavioral health division is experiencing unprecedented growth. Therefore, we are looking for the right person to join our sales team!
We are looking for motivated individuals to support the Sales team by maximizing qualified leads through proactive and effective communication. Producing a high volume of outbound communication to potential customers through phone calls and emails will be essential to your success in this role. The ideal candidate is a self-motivated individual who has a passion for the behavioral health sector.
Responsibilities:Manage outbound lead flowGenerate new sales opportunities by scheduling appointments through outbound callingCollaborate with the sales team to hand off qualified leads, providing detailed information to ensure effective follow-up and conversionDocument and update customer records to maintain accurate interaction historyMeet and exceed daily outbound call quotasTrack and manage prospects through SalesforceStay current with industry trendsSkills and Requirements:
Experience in ABA as a behavior technician preferred, sales experience is a plusBachelor's Degree in any related fieldExcellent verbal and written communication skillsResults-oriented mindset with a track record of exceeding goalsAbility to deal with and thrive on objections and rejection on a daily basisEffective listening and interpersonal skillsExceptional relationship-building skillsAbility to work productively in a remote environmentDetail oriented and proficient organizational, time-management skillsBasic understanding of technologies such as Microsoft office and business practicesBenefits:Generous health, dental & vision benefits packagePaid time off11 paid company holidays401k + matchingParental leaveProfessional development assistanceLocation:
