Associate Attorney – Employment/PEO Litigation
Our client, a national law firm with 40 offices and more than 500 attorneys, is currently seeking an Associate Attorney – Employment/PEO Litigation in Los Angeles, California.
Requirements:
5+ years of employment litigation experienceExperience litigating joint employer or multiple employer issues (staffing industry) is preferredExperience drafting and responding to discovery and initial pleadings, drafting and arguing motions, and taking and defending depositions.Admitted to practice law in the State of California
Base Salary: $220,000 – $250,000+ Bonus
