ResponsibilitiesLead application development teams engineering rapid prototypes and enterprise systemsSchedule, manage, and conduct customer-facing Agile ceremoniesManage and maintain the team’s project boardAuthor and organize project artifactsWork cross-functionally to influence stakeholdersControl project resources, costs, risks, and scheduleRequired ExperienceMinimum of 3 years of technical product or project management experienceDoD Secret clearance or higherDemonstrated experience successfully launching at least two products with cross-functional dependencies, either as an engineer or project managerExperience managing an Agile team using a ticket management system (Azure DevOps or Jira)Clear communication and interpersonal skills are requiredPreferred ExperienceKnowledge and experience managing the software development lifecycleHolding an active project or IT management certification, such as Project Management Professional (PMP), SAFe Agile, or Scrum MasterExperience working with federal or other government customers.ClearanceDoD Secret clearance or higher
