Intake Attorney

A law firm in Coral Gables, FL, is seeking an Intake Attorney to join their team. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of legal practice experience, preferably in family and/or probate law, and will be responsible for conducting consultations and evaluations with potential new clients, selling high-quality legal services, and advising on potential legal strategies. The Intake Attorney will collaborate with the intake and sales team, vet prospective clients, and manage consultation and evaluation schedules.Duties:Conduct consultations and case evaluations with potential clients to promote the firm’s legal services.Review and vet potential new clients to ensure they meet the firm's criteria.Oversee the intake team to ensure a seamless sales process.Manage schedules for potential new client consultations and evaluations.Provide sound legal advice to guide client strategies and potential legal actions.Collaborate with the intake and sales team to ensure smooth operations.Maintain accurate records of client consultations and evaluations.Communicate effectively with potential clients to explain the firm's services and legal options.Requirements:Juris Doctorate (JD) from an accredited law school.Member in good standing of the Florida Bar.Proven sales ability and a knack for closing deals.Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.Strong organizational and time management skills.Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks effectively.Proficiency in using legal research databases and case management software.Experience in family law and/or probate law is preferred.Experience:Minimum of 3 years of legal practice experience, preferably in family and/or probate law.Benefits Offered:Competitive compensation package.Paid vacation and holidays.Health, dental, vision, and life insurance, effective on the first day of the month following the hire date.401k matching program.Short and long-term disability insurance.Company infoBCG Attorney Search801 Brickell Avenue, Suite 900MiamiFloridaUnited States 33131Phone :
