Responsible for supervising the daily activities of the team, training staff, setting schedules, assigning clients, and ensuring the timely, accurate, and complete processing and submission of client work.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Review monthly returns prepared by Analysts and sign returns on behalf of clientDocument filing/reporting errors and communicate inconsistencies with team membersSet priorities for Analysts on a monthly basisAdvise clients regarding monthly funding and tax payment requirementsInitiate client billings for compliance servicesIdentify improvements for internal processes and efficienciesSupervise and manage designated teamAssist in talent acquisition process through interviewing and identifying candidatesEnsure that each team member adheres to the customizd processing procedures as developed by each individual clientAssist in workload allocation and client assignmentsAssist in the maintenance of client relationships and ensure team members are adhering to timely reporting of monthly tax information to clientServe as resource to Analysts and clients in addressing irregular or complex tax issuesNon-Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Perform other duties as assignedEducation and Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field5-7 years' experience with prior experience as a Senior Compliance Analyst with DMA or in a similar position in the tax/accounting industryPrevious supervisory experience preferredThorough understanding of the laws and regulations related to the property tax compliance practiceAdvanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and WordSuperior verbal and written communication skillsProficient in the use of property tax software
