Regional Sales Manager - :

Responsibilities:Working with existing and potential customers by proactively and reactively selling ZOLLER products and services using consultative selling skillsAchieving regional machine and software sales and profit goalsTraveling to customer and potential customer locations for product presentations or conducting demonstrations in our showroomKeeping abreast of new product launchesConducting product presentations at customer sites and in the ZOLLER Industry 4.0 Tech CenterPreparing visit reports and quotationsFollowing up on submitted quotesKeeping all projects up to date in ERP systemProcess incoming sales orders in a timely and efficient mannerNegotiating and finalizing projects in the manufacturing, automotive, aerospace, and medical industries, among othersAdvising management regarding customer satisfaction, product performance, and suggestions for product and software improvementsEffectively identifying short- and long-term issues, and serving customers by efficiently and effectively identifying their needsAdditional duties as assigned by managementRequirements:

Must not require sponsorship to work in the United States now or in the futureA Bachelor's degree in engineering preferred or minimum of two years sales experience in the field of metal working, tooling, CNC machining, or measuring equipmentPossess both mechanical engineering knowledge and problem-solving skills, as well as people skills required to convey knowledge effectivelyExperience with computers, networking, and ERP systemsBe well organized, analytical, and able to communicate proficiently during sales presentationsAbility to work/travel a flexible schedule, including weekendsBe a flexible team player as well as work independentlyHave a valid and current driver's license.
