A hospital in New Jersey is currently seeking a Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join their outpatient infusion practice in Bergen County, NJ.
Responsibilities:
The Infusion NP will:Aid in the daily clinical operation of the Infusion Center and physician practice flow, including the coordination, evaluation and supervision of patient care.Participate in the implementation of patient education and clinical support programs to ensure optimal care throughout the healthcare continuum.Order, perform, or interpret the results of the diagnostic tests and screening procedures based on the assessment results, interventions, medications or treatment changes.Perform other duties, as needed.Qualifications:
Advanced Practice NP / Current NJ APN licenseInfusion experienceSolid assessment, clinical, and documentation skillsPatient orientedHighly organized
