We are seeking qualified candidates for our

Partial Hospitalization Program

Driver - Part Time

position. The selected candidate will provide safe, efficient transportation services to patients and visitors under the department of Patient Transportation.

Key Responsibilities include:Safely and timely transport patients or visitors to and from specified locationsConduct safety inspections of company vehicles prior to and after any transportationsAddress vehicle maintenance and repair needs in accordance with established proceduresOversee the safe storage and transport of patient medicationsRun errands, pick up supplies and make deliveries as requestedMaintain transportation logbook and other documentation associated with services providedIdentify, document, and report any and all instances of adult or child abuse and neglect to the appropriate parties including a member of management, the police, and state agenciesQualifications

Minimum:

High School Diploma, GED and/or equivalent combination education and experienceValid Driver's License and a clean driving recordPreferred:

1 year of experience with de-escilation techniques and behavior management of children, adults, and adolescentsExperience providing patient transport or in a related roleShift:Day Shift (Some early morning/evening shifts as needed)
