Director of Finance - Wilton Site

ASML Wilton is the largest US site, hosting research, development, and manufacturing facilities supporting Extreme Ultraviolet (EUV), Deep Ultraviolet (DUV), and Applications Business. The Director of Finance and Project Management Office role is responsible for all finance-related activities at ASML Wilton, contributing to further growth ambitions. Responsibilities include financial and business control processes, performance reviews, and managing financial planning processes.Role and responsibilities:Partner with and drive the business to achieve objectives.Be a bridge builder with an independent view on what is best for the company.Optimize processes and participate in business improvement projects.Drive business review cycles and financial planning processes.Identify risks and opportunities, execute ad hoc analysis, and ensure SOX compliance.Manage Director responsibilities and perform other assigned duties.Education and Experience:Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or equivalent.10-15 years of experience in Finance roles, with at least 5 years in Business Control in international industrial companies.Track record in financial and business control at various levels.Skills:Self-driven, result-oriented, and a team player.Excellent communication and project management skills.Other information:This position offers opportunities to learn about ASML's technology, build a network, and contribute to the company's success.
