The Director, US Payer Development will be responsible for spearheading the establishment and advancement of a Payer-focused channel within the U.S. market and exploring diverse commercial models. This position will play a crucial role in shaping the future of healthcare delivery while making a meaningful impact on patient outcomes.Responsibilities:

Responsible for exploring, building, and driving new Payer solutions within the U.S. market.Explore various commercial models and viability with key payer types within the U.S. market. Works in partnership with Market Access to deliver.Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges in the US healthcare payer landscape.Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key payers and managed care organizations in the U.S.Lead contract negotiations with payers. Work with Legal, Finance, Market Access teams to ensure compliance and mitigate risks.Develop and lead pilots to develop and prove out payer offers and programs.Bring together cross-functional groups to execute various stages of the Payer Development strategy.Work in close partnership with the Sales organization to drive value for customers.Requirements:
