Impact the financial success of the business through the ability to secure new business.Drive revenue and set the course for growth of the business by managing an assigned set of clients and prospects, additionally ensuring that all future clients are strategically developed.Our sales approach is consultative; you must have tenacity to sell an industry-leading service portfolio to solution for future clients wing to wing fleet management challenges.A Day in the LifeGenerate new deal leads and prospects via cold callingActively manage assigned database ensuring all accounts are properly scoped and classifiedDevelop and cultivate strategic relationships with prospects and clientsDevelop and implement sales strategy and tactical plan for maximizing deal flowPartner with cross-functional teams in order to facilitate the execution of dealsPerform modeling/forecasting, financial statement, and cash flow analysis in order to determine deal feasibility and structurePrice loans and leases and services using pricing model and prepare client proposalsRequirementsTrue hunter mentality; new business development focusedBS or BA in business or related field required5-7 years in complex B2B sales environment, preferably selling complex financial concepts/products or other intangible products/services.Experience selling in C-suite settings and influencing C-suite decision-makers strongly preferred.Demonstrated sales discipline and record of sales success and experience leading the successful acquisition of new business through a structured processAbility to travel at least 50% of the time within assigned (home) territoryPreferred experience in financial services, customer-facing commercial sales positionCritical thinking - can offer creative solutions to meet client and prospect needsDrive results by successfully presenting to clients and senior managementProven ability to effectively interact at all levels of an organizationWhat's in it for YouA culture of innovation, empowerment, decision-making, and accountabilityComprehensive health and welfare benefits that serve the needs of you and your family and foster a culture of wellnessAdditional benefits and amenities, including paid time-off programs (vacation, sick leave, and holidays)
