Position Summary:Reporting directly to the Apogee CFO and dotted line to the Glass business unit President, the VP of Finance will act as a business partner for the business president and management team. The incumbent will provide key decision support on a broad range of commercial and strategic issues, particularly focusing on repositioning business products and services to drive profitable growth.

Responsibilities:

Business Unit Financial Management and Forecasting:Encompassing segment financial management, budgeting, forecasting, manufacturing, and commercial support. Lead the preparation of the budget, Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and provide financial reporting for the business unit and corporate as appropriate.

Finance Functional Excellence:Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial information, successful operation of internal controls, compliance with regulations, and monitor working capital levels. Lead the Segment Finance team and build a highly competent team.

Strategic Business Partner:Deliver insightful analysis to drive business objectives, support the development of strategic plans, and provide decision support through financial analysis.

Education & Experience Required:Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field with a minimum of 15+ years of experience. Knowledge of financial tools (Excel, PowerBI, SAP-BPC) and experience working in a matrix organization. Preferred: Experience in manufacturing or construction industry, Master's degree in business administration, accounting, or finance, and CPA certification.
