We are hiring 2 Junior DevOps Engineers for our New Orleans, LA office.This position is responsible for providing support for ATM Support of the Americas. This individual is responsible for troubleshooting, automating, integrating, and improving software development and business processes specifically in payments and ATM technology. The Junior DevOps Engineer is responsible for solving Level 2 and 3 escalated ATM support issues.Responsibilities
Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to hardware, software, telecommunication, networks and providing quick solutions to minimize downtimeProvides Level 2 and 3 ATM/ITM supportDeploys software and graphic packages to ATM/ITM fleetATM/ITM software installation and configurationPerform other duties and tasks as assignedTroubleshoot and resolve ATM screen flow issuesParticipate in ITM implementationsRequirements
Degree in MIS, Technology, Business, or equivalent work experienceSpanish speaking fluency (Preferred)Helpdesk support: 1 year (Preferred)Office 365: 2 years (Preferred)Telecommunications / Networking Protocols: 1 year (Preferred)SQL: 1 year (Preferred)Python or other scripting language: 1 year (Preferred)PowerShell Scripting: 1 year (Preferred)XML: 1 year (Preferred)Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
