Are you passionate about After Sales and Service... do you understand the mechanical / repair side of the Equipment industry? You will be adding to the customer service, repair efficiency and parts inventory for our client who is a leader in the Outdoor Power Equipment industry. LET'S TALK!!!Our client is looking for their next After Sales and Service Supervisor. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in the diagnosing, troubleshooting and repair advice of Outdoor Power Equipment - both gas and battery powered.
Responsibilities:
Experience working with:
Gas-powered Outdoor Power EquipmentBattery-powered Outdoor Power Equipment
Troubleshooting, Repairing and Diagnosing OPE... often over the phoneOptimizing processes and working with Customer Service Team to troubleshoot equipment as accelerated supportInventory of Repair Parts and Accessories... ordering and fulfillmentCommunicating with manufacturing to address product issues and defects.Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree preferred... qualifying experience accepted as well3+ years in After Sales Support or Technical Sales in OPEAbility to attend trade shows and other business functions as required.
