We are seeking a

Senior Sales Account Executive

at Lucid Bots where you will spearhead our sales initiatives, foster robust client relationships and propel the market presence of our groundbreaking products. This role is ideal for a strategic thinker with a deep-seated passion for technology, an impressive track record in sales, and preferably experience in the robotics, software, or Jan/San industries. Your mission will be to expand our customer base, ensuring Lucid Bots remains synonymous with innovation and quality in the robotic maintenance sector.WHO ARE WE?Lucid Bots, Inc. The future of Lucid is what drives us every day.RESPONSIBILITIESDevelop and implement strategic plans to meet and surpass sales targets.Cultivate and sustain long-lasting relationships with a diverse clientele.Understand client business needs, aligning them with Lucid Bots' value proposition.Negotiate contracts to achieve optimal profitability while ensuring client satisfaction.Keep a pulse on market trends, emerging opportunities, and potential threats.Deliver accurate sales forecasts and insights to the leadership team.Represent Lucid Bots at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings.QUALIFICATIONSAt least 5 years of experience in B2B sales, with a history of targeting medium to large companies.Proven ability in selling technology solutions, preferably in the jan/san, hospitality, or education sectors.Adept in relationship building, strategic planning, and swift deal closures.Familiarity with CRM software and a data-driven approach to sales.An entrepreneurial spirit, thriving in fast-paced startup environments.Outstanding negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
