What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to support daily tasking activitiesContribute to process improvement initiatives based on company strategic plansAssist program and project managers in implementing organizational processes and best practicesPerform project evaluations, gap analyses, audits, and action plansContribute to the development and modification of processes, procedures, templates, and other process artifacts
What Is Required (Qualifications)
Bachelor's degree and 0-3 years of experienceProficient with software such as Google and Microsoft for documentation managementAbility to apply quality principles, processes, and standards to organizational operationsGeneral understanding of the government contracting industryInitial experience with program or project management processes
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Direct experience implementing quality management and process improvement frameworks such as CMMI, ISO 9001, and ISO 27001
