Civil Litigation Attorney - Trucking

A law firm in Cleveland is seeking a Civil Litigation Attorney with a focus on trucking defense. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of relevant experience and possess strong research, writing, and oral advocacy skills. Experience in litigating general liability claims, particularly in personal injury and premises liability, is desirable.
