Southeast PA, to New EnglandBusiness Development Representatives have a significant impact on the growth of the business by generating and identifying new business opportunities. As a Business Development Representative, you will initiate direct contact and secure meetings with decision makers and business leaders for large national accounts and manage some local accounts. The successful candidate will drive sales of tank truck unloading equipment, hydraulic components and parts, and diesel engine components throughout your assigned area of responsibility in the United States and Canada. You will do this while developing and implementing sales plans that provide incremental sales growth.Self-starter with the ability and drive to:Establish and build account relationships through direct sellingPromote products, create lead generation strategies and close opportunitiesManage customer relationships, product inventory and determine market pricingBe an expert on our products as well as competitorsAchieve assigned sales and performance goalsPosition Requirements:Ability to cultivate new leads and close deals at a high rateAbility to self-direct and prioritizeBe a self-starter and able to work independentlySolid customer service attitude with excellent negotiation skillsAbility to analyze accounts and identify opportunities2-5 years of outside sales experienceComputer literate, emphasis on ExcelValid driver licenseTravel, multiple overnights requiredBenefits:Monday – Friday scheduleHealth, dental & vision insurance - 31 st
