In-court experience is highly desirable, and the candidate must possess exceptional academic qualifications and strong communication skills.Duties and Responsibilities:Manage all aspects of commercial litigation cases from inception through resolution.Conduct legal research and analysis on complex issues.Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal documents.Handle discovery, including drafting and responding to discovery requests, conducting document reviews, and preparing discovery motions.Take and defend depositions of parties, witnesses, and experts.Represent clients in court proceedings, including hearings and trials.Maintain communication with clients and provide regular updates on case developments.Collaborate effectively with senior attorneys and support staff on case strategy and execution.Requirements:Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.Active membership in good standing with the Florida Bar or eligibility for prompt admission.Should have 2+ years of experience in commercial litigation, preferably with in-court experience.Strong legal research and writing skills, with a keen attention to detail.Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities under deadlines.Excellent oral advocacy and negotiation skills.Preferred Qualifications:Experience with electronic discovery tools and document management systems.Prior experience in handling complex commercial litigation matters.Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
