In-court experience is preferred, along with exceptional academic credentials and superior written and verbal communication skills.Duties and Responsibilities:Manage a caseload of commercial litigation matters from inception through resolution.Conduct legal research and analysis on complex legal issues.Draft and prepare pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal documents.Handle discovery processes, including drafting and responding to discovery requests, conducting document reviews, and preparing discovery motions.Take and defend depositions of clients, witnesses, and experts.Represent clients in court proceedings, including hearings and trials.Maintain regular communication with clients and provide status updates on cases.Collaborate with senior attorneys and legal staff on case strategy and execution.Requirements:Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.Admission to the Nevada Bar or eligibility to promptly obtain Nevada Bar admission.Should have 2+ years of experience in commercial litigation, with a demonstrated ability to handle cases independently.Excellent academic credentials, including strong law school performance.Exceptional written and oral communication skills.Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks efficiently under deadlines.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Preferred Qualifications:Prior experience with electronic discovery tools and document management systems.Experience in handling complex commercial litigation matters.Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
