The incumbent’s primary responsibilities include coaching and supervising team members, guidance in the planning and execution of preparing homes for sale, transitioning individuals into their next home, and reinforcing company guidelines, policies, and procedures.Roles and Responsibilities:

Create a welcoming and warm work environmentCollaborate with Operations Manager to ensure projects are run with precision and efficiency from start to finishDemonstrate a drive for results and exceed client expectations wherever possibleEnsure all tools and supplies are properly maintained, replaced, and reach each job siteLead the Team in the organizing and sorting of household items for liquidation (i.e. sale, donation, recycle and discard), and resettlement (organize, pack, unpack)Monitor/reinforce safety proceduresThe accurate and immediate reporting of all incidents and/or accidents to the Operations ManagerReport daily progress to Operations at the end of each workdayQualifications & Skills:

High School diplomaMinimum of three years supervisory experienceCompassion and respect for clients and their familiesPunctual and attentive to detailAbility to lead and manage a team in a unique work environmentExcellent problem-solving and decision-making skillsOutstanding customer service, organizational, written, verbal and communication skills are requirements of this roleLaptop and Smart phone including texting proficiency requiredPhysical/Environmental Requirements:

Frequent lifting and moving of items up to 30 poundsTransporting, placing, and removing household items for staging, donation, recycling, discard, and resettlingWalking and/or standing for long periods in varying weather environmentsLocal candidates only – must be within a 30-minute drive of Leesburg
