Caring Transitions Team Lead
Location: Western Loudoun, VirginiaJob Description: The incumbent’s primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to, coaching and supervising team members, guidance in the planning and execution of preparing homes for sale, transitioning individuals into their next home, and reinforcing company guidelines, policies, and procedures.Roles and Responsibilities:Create a welcoming and warm work environment.Collaborate with Operations Manager to ensure projects are run with precision and efficiency from start to finish.Demonstrate a drive for results and exceed client expectations wherever possible.Ensure all tools and supplies are properly maintained, replaced, and reach each job site.Lead the team in organizing and sorting household items for liquidation (i.e., sale, donation, recycle, and discard) and resettlement (organize, pack, unpack).The accurate and immediate reporting of all incidents and/or accidents to the Operations Manager.Report daily progress to Operations at the end of each workday.Qualifications & Skills:Minimum of three years supervisory experience.Compassion and respect for clients and their families.Punctual and attentive to detail.Ability to lead and manage a team in a unique work environment.Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.Outstanding customer service, organizational, written, verbal, and communication skills are requirements of this role.Laptop and smartphone including texting proficiency required.Frequent lifting and moving of items up to 30 pounds.Transporting, placing, and removing household items for staging, donation, recycling, discard, and resettling.Walking and/or standing for long periods in varying weather environments.Local candidates only – must be within a 30-minute drive of Leesburg.
