Patient Monitoring:

Continuously monitor patients' vital signs, EKG rhythms, and cardiac activity using telemetry equipment.Assessment and Documentation:

Perform thorough assessments of patients' conditions, document observations, and maintain accurate medical records.Medication Administration:

Administer prescribed medications and treatments in accordance with established protocols and physician orders.Collaboration:

Collaborate with healthcare team members, including physicians, nurse practitioners, and other nurses, to develop and implement individualized care plans.Patient Education:

Provide patients and their families with education on cardiac conditions, medications, and lifestyle modifications to promote optimal recovery and disease management.Emergency Response:

Respond promptly to changes in patient condition, initiate appropriate interventions, and alert healthcare providers as necessary.Quality Care:

Adhere to evidence-based practice guidelines and participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes.Technology Proficiency:

Maintain proficiency in operating telemetry equipment and other medical devices used in cardiac monitoring.Compliance:

Ensure compliance with regulatory and accreditation standards, as well as hospital policies and procedures.Ethical Practice:

Uphold the highest ethical and professional standards in patient care and interactions with colleagues.Qualifications:

Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in state of practice.BLS and ACLS certifications.Minimum 5 years of nursing experience, with a focus on telemetry or cardiac care.Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment.Attention to detail and a commitment to patient safety.Knowledge of relevant healthcare regulations and standards.Preferred Qualifications:

Certification in Telemetry Nursing (CTN).Experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems.Additional certifications related to cardiac care.Benefits :
